Brewer
About this role
This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals, as such we are seeking experienced brewers for this role. As a “Brewery Technician,” you will primarily work the brewhouse, centrifuge and execute day to day cellar operations. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and attention to detail as well as significant brewing experience.

Primary Skills (Required)
- 2-5 years Brewery operations experience
- Complete Understanding of the Brewing Process, Measuring and Testing
- WortProduction Experience
- Brewery Facility and Equipment Sanitation Experience
- Centrifuge Operating Experience
- Canning and Kegging Experience
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Clean, organized and high attention to detail

Compensation
- $30/hr
Shifts
- 5 x 8 hours shifts per week
- Availability to work days, nights and swing shifts required
- Assigned shifts subject to change
