About this role

We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you’re looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people’s lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

At Ford Integrated Services (FIS), we are building the future of mobility by creating and marketing innovative customer experiences. We are revolutionizing how people interact with their vehicles, from customization to connectivity. By seamlessly integrating hardware, software, and services across Ford Blue, Model e, and Ford Pro, we are developing a portfolio of products and services that will continually evolve and improve. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will redefine the automotive landscape.

We are looking for leaders who are passionate about driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experience. The Integrated Services Analytics team is part of the Global Data Insights & Analytics (GDIA) team. We aspire to navigate Ford through the disruptiveness of the information age, harnessing the power of data and artificial intelligence to realize the enterprise’s goals.

In this position...

As an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development and delivery of key analytics, AI products and platforms to significantly improve Ford’s current capabilities. You will lead the charge to build and deliver a data and visualization platform that empowers the FIS organization with actionable insights, key reporting, and advanced analytics to drive the business forward. As a hands-on leader, you'll not only guide and collaborate with key partners and teams, but also directly own and deliver critical workstreams, ensuring this powerful eco-system becomes an integral part of FIS daily operations.
