About this role

Key Responsibilities

Data Operations & Attribution Management

● Take complete ownership of daily operational activities for the Data team, including weekend coverage

(with a compensatory day off provided in lieu).

● Monitor, validate, and upload offline conversions across multiple publisher and advertising platforms.

● Ensure accurate conversion attribution and maintain data integrity across all platforms.

● Conduct daily audits and platform checks to verify that conversions are being tracked, attributed, and

reported correctly.

Reporting & Analytics

● Create, maintain, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for business stakeholders.

● Analyse operational data to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and opportunities for process

improvement.

● Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery of business-critical performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management & Issue Resolution

● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data and attribution-related issues.

● Proactively identify process gaps, escalate concerns, and follow through until resolution.

● Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding operational performance, tracking issues, and

process updates

Process Excellence

● Support implementation and optimisation of operational workflows and reporting processes.

● Maintain documentation for data operations procedures and best practices.

● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● 2+ years of experience in operations, data operations, reporting, or a related analytical role.

● Strong hands-on experience with:

○ Microsoft Excel

○ Google Sheets

○ SQL / BigQuery

○ Reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms

● Proven ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working with digital marketing, attribution, conversion tracking, or publisher platforms.

● Familiarity with data pipelines, marketing technology platforms, and performance reporting ecosystems.

● Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
