The Warehouse Puller/Driver supports oil and gas field operations by efficiently pulling, staging, loading, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, safe transportation, and proper handling of heavy and sensitive oilfield materials while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Pull, stage, and prepare materials, supplies, and equipment based on work orders, pick tickets, or delivery schedules
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment
Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance with job requirements
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and stock rotation
Accurately complete paperwork, delivery receipts, and electronic records

Driving & Delivery

Safely transport oilfield materials to customer sites, rigs, yards, or field locations
Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit
Communicate delivery status and address issues promptly

Safety & Compliance

Follow all company, OSHA, DOT, and customer safety guidelines
Wear required PPE at all times
Participate in safety meetings and required training
Report incidents, near-misses, or equipment issues immediately

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver’s license (Class A or B may be required depending on vehicle)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in oil & gas, industrial, or pipe yard environments
Forklift certification
Knowledge of oilfield materials (pipe, valves, fittings, tools, chemicals, etc.)
Familiarity with DOT regulations and load securement
Ability to read pick tickets, manifests, and basic schematics
