We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Purchaser for our growing and busy office in Fort Worth, TX!

Job Summary

This key position is responsible for providing Purchasing support to our rock star team in Fort Worth, TX

Monday through Friday with flexible start/end time 

This is an IN-OFFICE Position! 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Excellent communication (oral & written), organizational, and time management skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Intermediate to Advanced level of skill in Excel
• High attention to detail; conscientious
• Knowledge in construction business and purchasing an asset but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assisting team with coding and pricing construction projects
• Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing
• Data sorting and processing
• Compiling reports
• Other administrative duties as required
• Request and review quotes from supplier
• Create PO’s and invoice processing
• Coordinate and schedule material delivery and pick-up
• Outsource products and services as required
