About this role
We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy Russian speakers to join our international team in the heart of Lisbon. You will be supporting advertisers for one of the world's most renowned social media platforms, helping businesses grow and succeed in the digital space.
No previous experience? No problem. We provide full, professional training to turn you into an advertising expert!
The Mission:
- Provide high-quality support to businesses and advertisers via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist with ad campaign setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Guide clients through digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Be the "voice" of a global tech giant, ensuring a premium user experience.
What we are looking for:
- Language Skills: Native or C1 level Russian + B2 level English.
- Legal Status: Must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residence Card (CRUE/TIE).
- Mindset: A passion for social media, a "can-do" attitude, and a desire to learn.
- Location: Readiness to work on-site in Lisbon.
