In this role, you will deliver exceptional email-based player support for iconic global gaming titles, including League of Legends and Valorant. You will assist the gaming community with technical inquiries, account management, in-game purchases, and gameplay troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Player Support: Provide high-quality, friendly, and efficient support via email to German-speaking players.
- Account & Technical Assistance: Help gamers resolve account issues, billing questions, patch errors, and non-technical troubleshooting.
- In-Game Knowledge: Utilize your deep understanding of League of Legends and Valorant to answer gameplay and feature-related inquiries accurately.
- Community Advocacy: Maintain positive player sentiment and embody the spirit of the gaming community in all written communications.
Requirements & Profile Needed
- Languages: Native or proficient level of German paired with a strong command of English (written).
- Gaming Expertise: Active player or deep knowledge of League of Legends and Valorant.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail and correct grammar.
- Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping fellow gamers.
- Location: Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria (or relocate with full support).
Work Schedule & Environment
- Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Schedule: 24/7 operational coverage with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.

- Base Salary: €1,585.00 Gross per month.
