Role Overview

Languages We Are Hiring For

We are actively recruiting native or proficient (C1/C2) speakers of the following languages:

  • German
  • Dutch

  • (Note: An intermediate command of English is also required for training and internal communication).

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific track you match with, your daily activities will include:

Track 1: Customer Service Advisor

  • Assist international customers via inbound calls, emails, and/or live chat with inquiries regarding products, accounts, billing, or bookings.
  • Deliver empathetic, high-quality solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and handle data with care in internal CRM systems.

Track 2: Content Moderator

  • Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, or listings) to ensure platform safety and community policy compliance.
  • Identify and flag content that violates legal regulations, copyright laws, or safety guidelines.
  • Make objective, rational decisions to help keep digital spaces secure and positive.

Requirements & Profile Needed

  • Experience: No prior experience is strictly required! We welcome entry-level enthusiasts who possess a strong customer-centric mindset and a desire to learn.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, adaptability, and eagerness to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal Status: Valid European Union (EU) citizenship or an active, fully issued Greek work permit is mandatory. (Please note: The company does not provide working visa sponsorship).

Work Model & Location

  • Location: Athens, Greece.
  • Work Options: We offer both On-Site roles at our modern, tech-equipped facilities and 100% Remote options from within Greece (depending on the project assignment).
