·       Position Definition / Detail

Aftermarket Specialist position with primary duties which include but are not limited to:

    • contact for customers seeking parts or services available from O’Brien Equipment
    • have current product and services knowledge for fielding questions, providing recommendations, and offering solutions for customer needs
    • ongoing training, as needed, for staying current of said product knowledge and for effective use of the latest software needed for certain products
    • quote generation for said products and services along with timely customer communication and follow-up
    • maintenance of customer contacts and sales efforts in a professional manner for recall accuracy and reference for O’Brien Equipment
    • order fulfillment: processing orders, submitting required project paperwork, factory communications, management of any ship product defect, or warranty issues tracking/maintaining of stocked parts inventory for the Nashville office
  • perform general office housekeeping tasks, as needed
  • must be able to perform position requirements with limited supervision
    • other duties falling within the reasonable scope of the position, as needed
