Job DetailsJob Location: Flow Toyota of Statesville - Statesville, NC 28625Flow Automotive is seeking a Body Shop Manager to join an organization dedicated to providing exemplary service and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers.
The Body Shop Manager for Flow Companies will assist in the leadership of the Body Shop in order to reach the goals established by, and in concert with, the store leadership and the insurance partners. They will maintain the highest ethical standards and work habits, customer satisfaction standards, and work toward the implementation of lean processes. Production goals will be set and measured. They will manage the proper level of staffing with a focus on hiring high achievers of good character who execute processes with excellence while clearly communicating performance expectations and guaranteeing that each service employee is fully trained in Flow Company's processes.
Requirements
The Body Shop Manager will be available to work a schedule that will average 50 hours per week.
Must be physically able to inspect vehicles, walk the lot and shop, enter and exit vehicles regularly, assist customers as required, etc.
Must maintain impeccable driving record in order to inspect vehicles and assist customers as required.
