Job DetailsJob Location: Flow Toyota of Charlottesville - Charlottesville, VA 22911Flow Toyota of Charlottesville is looking for a Sales Manager who brings positive energy to the floor every day and genuinely wants to grow into a broader role within our organization. Applicants must have experience as an automotive sales manager (new or used) or automotive F&I manager to be considered for this role.
Our ideal candidate has domestic franchise experience.
Responsibilities
Desk deals with an emphasis on structure, gross retention, and customer experience
Coach and develop the sales team through daily one-on-ones and consistent training
Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up accountability
Partner with leadership on inventory, pricing, and merchandising
Support a team culture that's positive, professional, and consistent
Qualifications
Comfortable working in a CRM and DMS environment
High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in learning the full scope of dealership operations
Valid driver's license
