Coordinate with Operation Manager, Supervisors, and Leads to determine projects' requirements.

Review job specifications and production schedules.

Set and monitor production by reviewing Quality reports and prints to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.

Monitor and ensure application of Company and Department Policies and Procedures.

Monitor the implementation of approved work procedures.

Report any equipment malfunction. Keep up with daily equipment cleaning.

Keep department personnel informed of all safety and quality standards.

Follow company safety & security guidelines

Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.

Upkeep of paint booths including storage cabinets and oven.

Load and hang parts or equipment for painting on racks, tables or carts.

Transfer finished painted parts inside oven for curing two people required.

Coat parts as instructed in work order or as directed by supervisor.

Inspect blasted material before painting.

Perform quality checks as required during coatings applications.

Mask parts as required per customer drawings or instructions.

Must have a courteous and positive attitude, also have a sense of urgency, drive, pride and desire to succeed.

Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving abilities.

Uphold safe work practices. Follow Safety Policies.

Must be able to work Night Shift 5PM – 5AM. Monday – Friday

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of related experience

Experience painting various blasted ID, OD, flat, and surfaces, such as: Valves, Flanges, equipment, etc.

Must be experienced in proper mixing, following mixing ratios, & applying (3) coats EP2 Hempel epoxy and other paints.

Experience in the oil and gas industry.

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
