Assistant Manager’s primary purpose is to assist the Management team in developing restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the concept. The Assistant Manager is required to be working on their feet while clocked in, evaluating what tasks need to be completed, delegating tasks to line crew, and accomplishing their daily goals. - Must be 18 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude
- Effectively able to train and lead all team members
- Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment
