Position Purpose
Dishwasher is responsible for assisting in delivering a high-quality experience in an energetic, high volume, clean and sanitary environment. The position is high volume, requiring attention to detail, multitasking and organization to stay ahead of the shift. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Responsibilities
Listen to the Customer
Communicate effectively with team members to understand and meet guest preferences and requirements, ensuring the kitchen is prepared to deliver the best possible service.
Be Respectful of Company Resources
Use organizational skills to manage prep areas efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, order and readiness for service. Ensure kitchen equipment is regularly checked and maintained to prevent shortages or disruptions during service.
Show Urgency
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively during high-demand periods to maintain seamless operations, ensuring that workstations are stocked with necessary equipment and supplies for smooth service.
Create Positive Energy
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and assisting team members during busy periods.
Support new team members by providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills, and ensure they understand the importance of keeping sections organized and stocked.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Current food handlers certificate maintained through employment
Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
Authorized to legally work in the US
Dishwasher Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay of $17-22 per hour, based on experience.
