The business has offices throughout Australia, and we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Mortgage Broker in our South Brisbane office.

The Opportunity

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, therefore we are seeking personable and approachable candidates who have outstanding communication skills. You'll enjoy meeting diverse individuals and maintaining a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

You will be required to source leads, however you will also be provided with leads from our marketing activities, and you will have access to our current client base of over 850 clients.

We provide support via our outsourcing partners to assist with the completion and lodgement of applications, and progression through to loan settlement.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a qualified Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential mortgage broking. Candidates with current accreditation with major lenders will be highly regarded, along with proven experience in closing high volumes of business within the mortgage broking industry.

 

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

• Ability to compare multiple lenders with BID compliance.
• Be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service experience
• Converting leads from marketing and referrals by the Moneywise Global Financial Advice and Tax teams
• Providing exceptional customer to our current clients and FCTG staff

 

 

 

Qualifications / experience required: 

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815) 
• Accredited Mortgage Broker with minimum 1-2 years broking experience (not requiring mentoring)
• FBAA / MFAA Accredited
