Day in the life:

• Manage end-to-end domestic MICE operations for meetings, incentives, conferences, events, and corporate group movements across India
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, event partners, and DMCs to ensure seamless execution
• Handle group logistics including accommodation, transportation, event requirements, rooming lists, and attendee management
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of all operational milestones
• Manage on-ground execution and provide operational support during events and group departures
• Resolve operational challenges proactively while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction
• Support budgeting, costing, vendor coordination, and post-event reconciliation activities
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, invoicing support, and maintenance of event records
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Account Management teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, venues, DMCs, and event suppliers across India
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• 6+ years of experience in MICE Operations, Corporate Events, Group Travel, or Meetings & Events
• Strong experience managing end-to-end domestic MICE operations and corporate group movements
• Exposure to handling group logistics, event execution, vendor coordination, and client servicing
• Good understanding of domestic destinations, hotels, venues, transportation, and event suppliers across India
• Experience working on corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, and large group movements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience in a TMC, MICE company, event management company, or corporate travel environment
• Team management experience will be an added advantage
• Exposure to contracting, supplier negotiations, and budgeting will be beneficial but is not mandatory
• Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
