ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
 
Corporate Traveller is seeking a CS Workspace - Transformation Manager to play a key role in rolling out the CS Workspace across six global markets. This 18-month placement sits at the heart of change management, deployment execution, stakeholder engagement, and enablement, helping teams successfully adopt new tools and ways of working. You'll partner closely with regional leaders, learning teams, and programme stakeholders to ensure every stage of the transformation is seamless, impactful, and employee-focused. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the deployment of the CS Workspace across all six Corporate Traveller markets.
  • Build and maintain detailed deployment plans with clear milestones, timelines, and ownership.
  • Coordinate multiple deployment workstreams while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Lead go-live readiness activities and ensure teams are supported throughout launches.
  • Capture lessons learned from pilots and apply improvements to future deployments.
  • Design and execute change management strategies for transformation initiatives.
  • Develop engaging internal communications that clearly explain the purpose, impact, and timing of change.
  • Create communications and collateral that enable leaders to champion transformation.
  • Manage a change calendar to balance initiatives across markets.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable change management resources.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and implement training pathways.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for CS Workspace adoption.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses across regions.
  • Deliver training through in-person, virtual, and one-to-one formats.
  • Support leaders and General Managers to embed change successfully within their teams.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities across regions.
  • Partner with build teams and regional stakeholders to ensure systems are configured and tested prior to go-live.
  • Promote consistent tool configuration and adoption standards across all markets.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate system or deployment risks and issues.
  • Track adoption, productivity, deployment, and training metrics and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in change management or deployment coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver training or enablement programmes.
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated self-starter.
  • Willingness to adapt and manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience working with CRM or operational tools such as Salesforce or Wrike (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Corporate Traveller CS processes and CSM workflows (preferred).
  • Strong systems proficiency and confidence using digital tools (preferred).
  • Experience working across multiple markets or geographies (preferred).
