CT CS Workspace - Global Programme Manager 18 months Fixed Term Contract (Any Global Head Office)
About this role

- Own and maintain the master programme plan across all CS transformation workstreams.
- Establish and manage programme governance including weekly status meetings, monthly steering committees, and quarterly reviews.
- Identify, manage, and escalate programme dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Ensure delivery milestones for key programme phases are achieved.
- Report programme progress to senior leadership and transformation stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between build teams, CS leadership, and regional General Managers.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans across multiple markets.
- Design and deliver programme communications and updates that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Support regional leaders in preparing teams for tool adoption and role changes.
- Support vendor selection activities and coordinate programme delivery with development and product teams.
- Manage programme budget tracking and highlight variances where required.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across regions.
- Produce programme dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Track programme KPIs, including productivity and adoption metrics.
- Facilitate retrospectives and ensure lessons learned are embedded into future delivery plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve programme outcomes and accelerate delivery.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple markets and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience translating complex information into clear updates.
- Data analysis and reporting skills, including dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
- Understanding of CT's CS operating model and the role of Customer Success Managers in delivering customer value.
- Programme or project management experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes.
- Transformation project experience including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
- Technology deployment experience involving software or digital tool rollouts in commercial environments.
- Experience with AI tools, automation technologies, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or the Melon platform.
- Knowledge of global market operations across multiple regions.
- Agile or iterative delivery experience in sprint-based environments.
- Formal project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or similar) advantageous.
