Job Summary
Werde Teil unseres Facilityteams in Althofen (Kärnten) als
EHS Manager*in (Environmental, Health and Safety).
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltmanagement am Standort. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle EHS-Themen und gestaltest aktiv unsere sichere und nachhaltige Arbeitsumgebung.
Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen Funktion:
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsysteme im Bereich Umwelt und Arbeitssicherheit (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
Führung des Sicherheits- und Umweltprogrammes
Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Koordination von Behörden, Audits und Compliance-Themen
Umsetzung und Steuerung von Umwelt- und EHS-Projekten
Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Sicherheitsfachkraft gemäß ASchG §73
Diese Fähigkeiten wären großartig:
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik (HTL, FH oder Universität)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety, Arbeitssicherheit oder Umweltmanagement von Vorteil
Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Managementsysteme (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) von Vorteil
Lead Auditor für ISO 14001 bzw. 45001
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative sowie Interesse an nachhaltigen Lösungen und Innovationen
