Key Responsibilities — Hands-On Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform general framing using both wood and metal studs for repairs and small build-outs.
- Hang, tape, and finish drywall for patchwork, repairs, and minor remodel projects.
- Replace and repair ceiling tile and grid systems as needed.
- Complete interior painting, including walls, doors, frames, and trim with a high-quality finish.
- Execute basic carpentry tasks such as installing blocking and backing for fixtures and finishes.
- Set door frames, hang doors, and install or adjust door hardware.
- Perform minor facility repairs and hot patches to maintain finished spaces.
- Assist with cabinet removal and replacement when required (experience preferred but not required).
Work Requirements
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project needs.
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies on job sites.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel overnight periodically as projects require.
