Role Overview
Fixed Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time
Graphic Designer to support the company's branding, digital marketing, and
communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating
visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support our
marketing campaigns, social media presence, and business development
activities.
This role is ideal for a designer who can work independently, manage
multiple projects, and deliver high-quality creative assets within agreed
timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media
creatives, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create marketing collateral,
including brochures, presentations, company profiles, and one-pagers.
- Develop branding assets, icons,
infographics, and visual elements that align with the company's identity.
- Design website banners, landing
page visuals, and digital advertisements.
- Produce graphics for events,
webinars, exhibitions, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing
team to translate concepts and campaign objectives into creative designs.
- Ensure consistency across all
visual communications and maintain brand guidelines.
- Create and adapt designs for
multiple formats and channels, including social media, web, and print.
- Manage multiple design requests
simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare final artwork and deliver
editable source files and exported formats.
- Stay updated with the latest
design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in
graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing
branding, social media, and marketing design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative
Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or
similar design tools is a plus.
- Understanding of digital
marketing and social media design requirements.
