Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including cooking, cleaning, and guest interactions.
- Train crew members on all aspects of the restaurant.

Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- High school diploma; some post-high school education is a plus.
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience.

- In July 2013, Five Guys opens the first location outside of North America in London, England.
