Five Guys Fisketorvet is looking for energetic and hardworking Crew Members to join our team.
We want to be clear from the start: this is a physically demanding and high-pressure job.
Our restaurants are busy, the pace is fast, and during peak hours you will be expected to work quickly, stay focused, and keep your energy up throughout the entire shift. You will spend most of your shift on your feet, moving between stations and working together with the team to serve our guests.
If you enjoy being busy, working hard and being part of a team where everyone contributes – this could be the right job for you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to work across all areas of the restaurant, including:
🍔 Grill & kitchen
🍟 Fries
🥤 Cashier & guest service
🔪 Food preparation
🧹 Cleaning & restaurant maintenance
At Five Guys, everyone helps everywhere. There is no standing around waiting for something to happen. When the restaurant is busy, we work fast. When it is quieter, we clean, prepare and get ready for the next rush.
You should be comfortable with:
Working at a high pace and under pressure
Being physically active for your entire shift
Working in a hot and busy kitchen environment
Following procedures while still working quickly and efficiently
Cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant
Working evenings, weekdays and weekends
Supporting your teammates when things get busy
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
✅ Is at least 16 years old
✅ Has high energy and a strong work ethic
✅ Is reliable, responsible and shows up ready to work
✅ Can handle stress and a fast working environment
✅ Is comfortable with physically demanding work
✅ Enjoys working as part of a team
✅ Is flexible and able to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
✅ Has a valid work permit and the legal right to work in Denmark
Previous restaurant experience is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know – but you need to bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to work hard.

*1986: The first Five Guys location opens in Arlington, VA.
*1986 - 2001: Five Guys opens five locations around the DC metro-area and perfected their business of making burgers… and starts to build a cult-like following.
- 2002: Five Guys decides DC metro-area residents shouldn't be the only ones to experience their burgers and start to franchise in Virginia and Maryland.
- 2003: Five Guys sells out of franchise territory within 18 months and starts to open the rest of the country for franchise rights.
- 2003 - 2012: Five Guys expands to over 1,000 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
- In July 2013, Five Guys opens the first location outside of North America in London, England.
- Our International HQ in Amsterdam, NL opened in 2016.
- Today, we have more than 1,900 locations open in North America, Canada, UK, Middle East, Europe, APAC and growing.
