Are you a self-starter who wants to control your own income?
Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base in the Las Vegas area. This is a territory-building role β you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners and property managers face to face, writing estimates on the spot, and closing your own accounts.
What the job actually looks like:
- MondayβFriday, daytime hours only β no nights, no weekends
- You set your own daily route and manage your own pipeline
- Most of your sales will come from consistent follow-up, not one-call closes
- Uniforms and training provided
What you'll earn:
- Base salary plus commission
- Reps who follow our system consistently earn $35,000β$45,000. Your results will depend on your activity
- Income grows directly with the accounts you build and keep
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the business
- Organized enough to follow up consistently β this is where the money is made
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Sales experience is a plus, but coachable and persistent matters more
