Job Description:
β’ Assist daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each week
β’ Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment
β’ Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts
β’ Assist recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners
β’ Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
β’ Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales effort and follow up phone calls
β’ Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
β’ Clean windows as needed

Physical Requirements:
β’ Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
β’ Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
β’ Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
β’ Able to work with arms above head
β’ Able to bend and squat to ground level
β’ Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
β’ Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
