Role: Broker Service Officer / Credit Analyst – Australian Mortgage Department: Australian Mortgage Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong customer service skills with a professional approach • Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision • High attention to detail while reviewing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Mandatory Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Australian mortgage broking / AU loan processing • Experience with aggregator CRMs such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, SalesTrekker • Familiarity with task/project management tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, etc.) Important Note: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
