About this role

What You will be doing
A successful Sr Software with 4–9 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, highquality applications using .NET Core and AWS. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who is solid in computer science fundamentals, follows engineering best practices, and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET Core / C#

  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

  • Implement unit tests and contribute to automation testing to ensure code quality and reliability

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving

  • Analyze and fix production issues with a focus on performance, scalability, and security

  • Actively use Jira for sprint tracking and Confluence for technical documentation

  • Take ownership of features and deliver them end-to-end as an individual contributor

What You Will Need to be Successful  

  • B.E., B.Tech. or Masters in Computer Science or related field – or equivalent experience

  • 4–9 years of professional software development experience

What You May Need to be Successful

  • Strong experience with .NET Core / C#

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)

  • Solid understanding and practical experience in unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, etc.)

  • Exposure to test automation frameworks and practices

  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Strong fundamentals in:
    - Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    - Data Structures and Algorithms
    - Design Principles and Patterns
    - RESTful APIs and Microservices concepts
    - Good problem-solving and debugging skill

  • Good to Have (Nice-to-Have Skills):-

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with performance optimization and monitoring
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud applications
