This role serves as the central intake, triage, and coordination point between Legal, Compliance, The Go to Market Teams, and Marketing, ensuring timely awareness of regulatory activity and consistent, high‑quality communication for Healthcare and Transportation stakeholders. Legal retains responsibility for regulatory interpretation, risk assessment, and legal guidance.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring & Intake

Monitor specified regulatory sources daily relevant to the Healthcare and Transportation verticals, such as the Federal Register, CMS, agency websites, industry blogs, regulatory publications, and relevant thought leadership blogs.

  • Distribute the daily intake to Legal leadership and designated stakeholders for review and prioritization
  • Facilitate internal alignment on which regulatory items should be elevated for broader communication

Newsletter & Communications Management

  • Draft concise, plain‑language summaries of selected regulatory updates for a recurring regulatory newsletter, organizing content by vertical (Healthcare and Transportation) as needed
  • Manage the end‑to‑end newsletter workflow, including drafting, coordination with Marketing for editing and formatting, Legal review, and final publication
  • Repurpose selected Healthcare and Transportation regulatory updates into short-form blog posts and web content (as applicable), aligning with internal messaging and publication standards

  • Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and frequency of regulatory communications

Process & Tool Management

  • Own and manage regulatory monitoring tools and subscriptions, including vendor coordination and access management
  • Maintain a regulatory communications editorial calendar (newsletter and blog topics), tracking drafts, review status, and publication dates
  • Maintain an organized archive of monitored regulatory items, summaries, and published newsletters
  • Continuously refine monitoring sources, workflows, and distribution lists to improve relevance and efficiency

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure regulatory updates are clearly communicated without providing legal advice
