Principal Delivery Manager, EI & PS (Emiratized Role)

JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION: 
To lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration and platform services by orchestrating cross-functional teams, aligning with strategic business goals, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution. The role is accountable for driving delivery excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and embedding SAFE agile and DevSecOps practices to accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise. Embed Value Stream Management (VSM) principles to align delivery efforts with measurable business outcomes, ensuring visibility and traceability across the entire delivery lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the delivery of complex integration and platform initiatives across multiple value streams.
• Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across internal and external teams.
• Drive the adoption of agile delivery models, DevSecOps, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and reusable platform services.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Champion delivery governance, quality assurance, and audit readiness across all initiatives.
• Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain capacity planning, resource forecasting, and vendor management for delivery execution.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track and report delivery KPIs, including velocity, quality, risk, and financial metrics.
• Promote a culture of transparency, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
   

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale integration and platform programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API platforms, and cloud-native delivery models.
• Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party delivery partners.
• Deep understanding of banking technology landscapes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
