Revenue Operations Lead

About this role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead with 3+ years of experience to own the operational backbone of Firecrawl's growth motion. You're the type of person who finds what's broken before anyone notices, builds dashboards no one asked for but everyone needs, and quietly saves the company $50K by catching a bad contract. You'll manage the full billing lifecycle, revenue reporting, procurement, and compliance workflows at a company that's hit 8 figures in ARR in its first year. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you'll use AI tools daily to multiply your output and keep a rocketship from shaking apart.

What will you be doing?

Own the entire billing lifecycle end-to-end: invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, and disputes — ensuring customers are billed correctly and on time

Build and maintain revenue dashboards from raw data that give the team real-time visibility into revenue, usage, churn, and expansion

Run procurement and vendor operations — managing subscriptions, contracts, renewals, and negotiating terms appropriate for a fast-growing startup

Operate SOC 2, GDPR, and compliance workflows at the day-to-day level, keeping everything audit-ready

Support enterprise deal operations by handling procurement paperwork, security reviews, and custom billing arrangements that sit between "verbal yes" and "signed contract"
