Join our Audit & Assurance team in Melbourne, where you'll manage complex client engagements, deepen key relationships and lead a team of talented auditors to reach their full potential. Your role, your contribution!   

  • Manage and guide the planning of complex audit engagements, identifying risk, setting timetables and negotiating fees
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a detailed understanding of their business needs
  • Review audit files and prepare business reports, ensuring compliance with relevant Audit Metholodgy and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to clients' scope of work and prepare fee proposals to help win new business
  • Manage, coordinate and delegate work across the team in line with the Audit Plan
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of auditors through coaching, training and regular performance reviews

What you will bring to the role:

  • 7+ years' audit experience, including at least 3 years in professional services or a client-facing role
  • CA qualified or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar would be highly desirable 
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Proven people leadership skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
