What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Team Lead, Sales Enablement, the Analyst plays an important role in supporting Fiera Capital's business development efforts. This position is responsible for supporting the coordination, analysis, and delivery of high-quality investment proposals across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset solutions. The Analyst also serves as a key resource for the Sales team, responding to their requests, proactively identifying and addressing their needs, and enabling them to engage clients and prospects with confidence.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts across Fiera Capital's global platform, contributing to the firm's growth by producing compelling, client-focused responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), financial intermediary questionnaires, and finalist presentations.
We are seeking a team player, detail-oriented professional with strong writing, analytical, and project management skills — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Your responsibilities:
Contribute to the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and financial intermediary questionnaires from prospective clients and consultants, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest standards of quality
Participate in the preparation of finalist presentations, ensuring content is compelling, accurate, and tailored to the audience
Ensure the proposal management database is current and effectively utilized
Respond to consultant inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Assist in the maintenance and update of consultant databases by producing accurate information according to specific deadlines and developing tools to optimize the process
Support content governance initiatives, ensuring proposal materials remain accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels
Participate in peer reviews to uphold quality and consistency across all submissions
Partner with investment and capability specialists to gain a deep understanding of their approaches and articulate them effectively in proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the firm, its strategies, and investment teams.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of an opportunities tracking dashboard to improve visibility into pipeline and submission activity
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in an investment management firm, consulting firm, pension plan, or related environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused, collaborative approach
Exceptional writing and editing skills; experience developing investment proposals is an asset
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or in the process is considered an asset
Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with third-party databases and proposal tools such as eVestment and Responsive is an asset
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
Fluently bilingual (English and French) both written and oral

Our workplace model includes 4 days a week in the office, Monday through Thursday.

For roles based in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in spoken and written French is required. A working knowledge of English is also necessary to collaborate with our global teams and clients.
