Metro Mechanical Services, an award-winning industry leader in HVAC Systems, is looking for a Sheetmetal Mechanic to join our team in Hammond, LA!
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication experience, proficient in blueprint reading, a can-do attitude, and is an all-around team player.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation and Sheetmetal metal fabrication
- Strong ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school graduate or equivalent
- OSHA 10 Required
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing required
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals
- Identify and layout roof curbs for installation of AC equipment and RTU’s
- Measure duct connections or mods in the field for fabrication
- Collaborate and coordinate with your onsite Foreman and General Contractors
