Cii Service is looking for an experienced HVAC Helper to join our Charlottesville, VA service team! We offer an entrepreneurial culture that promotes from within our organization and provides strong incentives for great performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist technicians with installs, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Perform basic tasks: filter changes, cleaning coils, prepping work areas
- Support techs with ductwork, piping, and equipment setup
- Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized
What You Bring:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/rooftops
- Reliable transportation and great attitude
