1. 与客户、船公司、国内外各分公司及代理之间保持顺畅的沟通；协调各相关单位及公司内部各部门之间的工作。
Maintain smooth communication with customers, shipping companies, domestic and foreign branches and agents; Coordinate the work between related units and internal departments of the company.
2. 积极为客户和海外代理提供相应的反馈，如货物运输进度、产生的费用等。确保完成客户承诺，如有不一致的地方，务必让客户知晓并说明原因。
Actively provide corresponding feedback to customers and overseas agents, such as the progress of cargo transportation and the costs incurred. Ensure that customer commitments are met, and explain to customers if there is any inconsistency.
3. 与客户建立良好的关系，为客户提供及时、友好和良性的操作服务，保证客户满意，实现良好的客户维系。
Establish good relationship with customers, provide customers with timely, friendly and benign operation services, ensure customers satisfaction, and achieve good customer maintenance.
4. 处理货物运输途中出现的各种问题；保证货物安全、高效地运抵目的地。
Deal with all kinds of problems in the transportation of goods; Ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods to their destination.
5. 有较强的专业知识，能读懂SOP以及很好的执行相关要求。
Have a detailed knowledge of each customer requirement and SOP, ensure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP.
6. 严格遵守KPI，并确保所有的操作准确、高效。
Ensure KPI is strictly complied with and all operations are accurate and efficient.
7. 完成上级或者公司分配的其他任务。
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or the company.
