About this role
Your job:
- Manage and continuously improve Information Security activities across Festo entities in EMEA
- Act as the main contact and advisor for information security requirements, controls, and risks
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and risk management processes
- Drive information security awareness and training initiatives
- Monitor, report, and escalate security risks, incidents, and the effectiveness of security measures
- Coordinate and support internal/external ISMS audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
- Collaborate with Corporate Information Security and Cyber Security teams on security operations and incidents
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with authorities, auditors, and external cybersecurity organizations
Your qualification:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in information security, IT audit, IT consulting, or a similar role
- Knowledge of ISMS, information security risk management, governance, and compliance
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 31000, or BSI
- Good understanding of IT processes (e.g., ITIL) and general IT infrastructure
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and willing to travel
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CISSP, CISA)
