| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: | Key Responsibilities: Provide support for office projects and special assignments Assist with preparing presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and communications Assist with review hiring documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing Assist with cross-referencing employment information and records in Banner and other applications (Excel) to verify accuracy and consistency Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documents Support the maintenance of electronic and paper records Assist with entering and update information in various computer systems Perform general clerical duties as assigned Answer and route telephone calls professionally Greet visitors and provide front desk/reception support, as needed |
