About this role
General Summary
This job conducts analyses and interprets program rules and policies so that benefit programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assess company needs regarding employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits
- Research, compare, and recommend cost-effective benefits packages and vendors
- Assist in implementing benefits programs, including employee enrollment, communication, and administration
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, such as ERISA and DOL provisions
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze workforce data to identify gaps and opportunities in benefits offerings
- Advise on funding strategies and cost management for benefits programs
- Provide ongoing support to HR teams and employees, answering questions and resolving benefits-related issues
- Reevaluate and update benefits packages regularly to maintain competitiveness and alignment with company goals
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field & 6 years of experience OR Associate degree in related field & 8 years of experience OR 10 years of experience
