About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and layouts.
- Prepare construction drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings for:
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Staircases
- Doors & windows
- Wet areas
- External works
- Finishes
- Architectural details
- Floor plans
- Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare drawings based on architectural designs, specifications, and site requirements.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or coordination issues.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments, RFIs, site instructions, and design changes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable UAE standards.
