The Role
You'll be at the heart of our field operations, taking designs from the screen and making them a reality out in the community. As the primary client-facing connection during final fulfillment, you will be responsible for scheduling, estimating, and performing on-site installations for a wide variety of signage - from interior graphics to exterior post & panel structures. You'll ensure every project meets our high standards for safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.

Duties Include:
  • Install a variety of interior and exterior flat panel signage, post & panel signs, and vinyl graphics.
  • Conduct site surveys to take precise measurements and gather details for quoting.
  • Schedule installation appointments, set realistic project deadlines, and estimate labor time.
  • Perform quality checks pre and post-installation by reviewing work orders and proofing signs.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and lift equipment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with general sign production, minor equipment maintenance, and shop organization as needed.
  • Unload raw materials and report inventory reorder needs to management.
  • Maintain clear, prompt communication with sales staff and clients regarding project details.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sign production preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with hand/power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and hydraulic lift equipment.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing, leaning, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor while producing quality work under tight deadlines.
