Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Consult with customers to understand their signage, branding, and marketing needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales orders.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing customer projects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the production process.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with showroom organization and presentation.
- Help achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, inside sales, or account management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM/order management software experience is a plus).
- Ability to learn signage products, materials, and production processes.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the sign, print, graphics, or marketing industry is preferred but not required.
