About The Opportunity
The Senior Manager Enterprise Portfolio & Strategy Execution leads a cross-functional enablement team that helps the Chief Customer Organization move priorities forward with greater clarity, speed, and discipline. The role provides shared capabilities across Marketing, Customer Experience, Experience Optimization, and other CCO functions without taking outcome ownership away from the leaders accountable for those areas. Responsibilities include:
Leading the Strategy Activation function, establish its service model, and align team capacity to the highest-value needs across the CCO organization.
Designing and facilitate recurring intake, prioritization, planning, and review cycles. Provide leaders with clear views of demand, value, dependencies, readiness, risk, and capacity.
Overseeing change-impact assessment, communications, training, launch readiness, adoption support, knowledge-base development, and lessons learned.
Establishing practical approaches for business acceptance, QA partnership, decision records, documentation, and reusable playbooks.
Maintaining coordinated visibility to CCO vendors, contracts, renewals, statements of work, commitments, utilization, and budgets.
Supporting vendor reviews, financial planning, business cases, and renewal decisions while functional leaders retain vendor strategy, commercial approval, and outcome accountability.
Ensuring approved work has the right business, Technology, Engineering, Data, UX, QA, vendor, and operational support.
Partner with technical leaders to secure and align resources through pod, Agile, sprint, quarterly-planning, and capacity processes.
Resolving cross-functional gaps, clarify ownership, and escalate decisions that threaten outcomes.
Managing, coaching, and developing a team of enablement practitioners. Set clear expectations, allocate work across functions, review quality, strengthen analytical and change capabilities, and build a culture focused on practical problem solving, service, speed, and measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, product operations, portfolio or initiative enablement, transformation, business analysis, change enablement, technical program delivery, or related work
Experience leading a shared or cross-functional enablement capability serving multiple business functions
Experience facilitating portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, and capacity decisions
Experience aligning business priorities with Technology, Engineering, Data, UX, QA, and external-partner capacity
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and removing organizational blockers
Experience overseeing change readiness, communications, knowledge management, or quality practices
Experience managing and developing professionals in a matrixed environment
Experience supporting vendor, contract, budget, or business-case processes

Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be 135K-$165K + Annual Bonus for this position. The company prefers to hire in our Lehi, Utah location, but is open to all states we are an employer in. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
