Job Description

Accor is in partnership with one of the World's Leading Airlines to manage the Lounge operations located at Changi Airport. We are looking for a Kitchen Store Officer who will be responsible for managing kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock storage and food safety compliance, conducting daily stock checks, maintaining clean and organized storage areas, and supporting kitchen operations through efficient coordination and delivery of supplies between lounge locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store all delivered goods in designated shelving and storage areas.
  • Ensure all stock is organized, labeled, and stored according to operational and food safety requirements.
  • Adhere to and maintain First Expired First Out (FEFO) inventory practices to minimize wastage and ensure product freshness.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and inventory checks, ensuring accurate records of stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory movement and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods, or expired items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in all store and storage areas.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of chilled, frozen, and dry goods according to food safety guidelines.
  • Assist kitchen teams by coordinating and delivering stock, ingredients, and supplies between lounge locations as required.
  • Support stock replenishment activities to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
  • Comply with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and food hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory, warehousing, or storekeeping, preferably in hospitality or airport operations.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move stock items safely.
