Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, curious and analytical ALL Loyalty Projects Junior Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating our regional gift card programme, coordinating newsletters and providing data-driven insights to monitor and optimise loyalty performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gift Card Management: Assist with the coordination, administration, and operational support of our regional gift card programme, ensuring smooth processes for both hotels and customers.
2. Newsletters & Partnership Communication: Support the team by creating engaging content to promote key partnership updates, preparing campaign briefs and highlighting partner promotions and joint offers
3. Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Act as the data-driven support for the team by tracking key loyalty KPIs (such as activation rates, enrolments, member satisfaction). Analyse performance trends to help the team make strategic decisions.
Qualifications
· Education: Currently studying for a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
· Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with strong analytical skills and comfortable interpreting data in Excel.
· Learning Agility: Highly motivated, curious, and a fast learner who is eager to take on new challenges.
· Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate clearly in both English and French.
· Organisation: Well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Tools: Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information
Experience: Previous operational hotel experience is a strong plus. At a minimum, a keen interest in and knowledge of the hospitality industry is expected
