- Deliver goal-focused consultations with trial members

- Maintain a clean, organized, professional studio
- Be a leader both on and off the training floor
- Experience coaching group fitness (F45 experience is a bonus)
- At least one year of fitness coaching or personal training experience preferred
- Strong understanding of functional movement and HIIT training
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Weekend availability
- Active on social media and excited to represent the F45 brand
- Professional, dependable, and always brings positive energy
- Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, PTA Global, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Group fitness certification
