In one of our project teams, you will lead biopharmaceutical process engineering activities from initial concept through implementation, including assignments at customer sites. In biopharmaceutical projects, you will either lead or be an integral member of the Process Design Team, coordinating key stakeholders including customer organizations, engineers, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead the execution of biopharmaceutical process engineering projects from design through project handover to the client, including Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q)
- Develop solutions for complex technical challenges and serve as a key point of contact for colleagues on technical matters
- Support project management activities throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal preparation (scope definition, cost estimation, resource planning) to project execution (reporting) and final client handover
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of standards and guidelines within your area of expertise
Show your expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific or technical discipline
- Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards
- Ideally at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including experience with single-use technologies
- Experience within technical organizations in pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies, suppliers, engineering firms, or consulting organizations
- Excellent German and good English language skills (English is the corporate language); French is an advantage

You enjoy achieving success together with your team and possess both the assertiveness and respectful communication skills required to drive projects forward effectively. In addition to your passion for your work, you bring a strong customer focus and a willingness to undertake extended assignments at client sites across the German-speaking region of Switzerland. You are keen to demonstrate your leadership skills in managing client relationships and consistently maintain focus on key priorities, even in challenging and fast-paced situations.
