What role you will play in our team

 

You will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain by supporting planning and logistics execution activities. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will balance supply and demand requirements, address operational issues, and help deliver strong customer experience while continuously improving supply chain performance.

Job Role Responsibilities

What you will do

 

  • Lead integrated planning and execution across the supply chain by translating demand and supply plans into actionable logistics, inventory, and distribution decisions that protect service, cost, and working capital targets.
  • Coordinate end-to-end material movement and storage (warehouses/terminals and truck/rail/marine carriers) to meet required service levels, protect product quality, and ensure safe, reliable, and profitable performance.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and risks (e.g., demand volatility, capacity constraints, transportation delays, supplier disruptions, weather events) and drive cross-functional contingency plans, including participation/leadership in rapid response routines as needed.
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal customers; oversee service performance, contract governance, and technical evaluations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adherence to controls, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Use analytics and continuous improvement methods to identify inefficiencies, optimize inventory positioning, and network flows, and communicate priorities and decisions effectively across regions and stakeholders

 

About you

 

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and strong problem-solving skills to effectively address operational challenges and drive solutions. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, demonstrates a proactive mindset, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. We value individuals who are collaborative, communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and can work independently while contributing to overall team success.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to support forecasting, planning decisions, and inventory/service optimization.
  • Proficiency with supply chain technologies, including ERP and logistics/planning tools (e.g., shipment tracking, order management, inventory planning) to improve execution and efficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation, dashboards).
  • Flexibility to work hours aligned with the US Central Time (CST) zone as required for collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP, Celonis, and/or Salesforce.
  • Desirable experience in Customer Service, marine, trucking logistics, and/or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (written & spoken) is a differentiator
