Product Solutions

What you will do

 

  • Support the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS): Enable centralized management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, and performance claims.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in ProMIS: Manage Lubricants introductions and changes (including product, raw material, and formulation updates). Collaborate with Product Management, Technology Development, Technology Deployment, Procurement, Operations, and Suppliers. Conduct Engineering Change Record (ECR) analysis and planning, ensuring all activities comply with Brand and Product Integrity standards.
  • Performance Claims: Maintain centralized documentation of product performance claims and stay current on processes, product performance, and testing requirements for specific business lines.
  • Raw Material Specifications & Variations: Work with Technology Development, Technology Deployment, Technical teams, Procurement, and Suppliers to manage component introductions and changes.
  • Process and System Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system enhancements.

 

About you

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Information Management (including formulation, claims, raw materials, and Management Information Systems).
  • Advance English level
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to understand broader business objectives and priorities, with knowledge of product lifecycle processes and basic formulation knowledge (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, or aligned with STEM discipline.
