About You

What You Will Do

As an early career hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building technical and leadership capabilities through a variety of developmental assignments in your first several years. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all careers. Depending on your interests, capabilities, and business needs, these experiences may provide exposure to areas such as:

Work Locations

As an early career hire, you'll be placed at one of our sites across the China. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations to broaden your experience and support your growth.

• Guangzhou
