Programming Coordinator

Summary:
In this role you will work closely with the Director of Programming Strategy to synthesize the priorities of various cross-functional stakeholders with both internal and external trends to build the most optimal programming strategy for hitting our revenue goals. The successful candidate will be passionate about the modern entertainment landscape (especially movies, sports, and music), highly analytical, detail oriented, and insatiably curious. They will be versatile, a self-starter, highly collaborative across the organization, and have a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of detailed and diversified annual event calendars for all venue locations based on first party data, research, and trends, across event types, dates, times, and seasons that maximize revenue.
- Conduct detailed analyses of venue audiences and peak engagement times to optimize program scheduling.
- Regularly assess local event schedules for locations near Cosm venues to align programming strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across venues, marketing, and operations to align programming strategies to broader business goals.
- Assist with the development of ticket on sale plans across all events and venue locations.
- Test and provide feedback on program scheduling tool functionality, enhancements, and AI integration to support company scale.
- Support cross-functional teams with clear communication across all programming plans and changes.
Experience:
- Avid sports and entertainment fan familiar with the film landscape and sports leagues such as NFL, NBA and Premier League.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including familiarity with audience segmentation and targeting. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for delivering high-quality content to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with integration or training of LLMs is a big plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in immersive technology and content.
The hourly base salary range for this position in California is $30.00 to $36.00/hr. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
